So with Covid restrictions being lessened my housemates and I have been told by our real estate that they’ll be conducting a house inspection.
To me it just seem like dodgy or questionable practice that even if they wanted to, they cant kick anyone out cause of covid rules but it rubs us the wrong way and a friend of one of my housemates at their work also got issued a house inspection ( no clue if its the same real estate agency).
I’d like to think it goes without saying but myself and my housemates aren’t doing anything dodgy like having a weed farm in the backyard or anything and pre covid inspections we’ve done just fine with maybe 1 or 2 things to just fix up in previous inspections.
Does anyone else kind of feel this way in Victoria?
