Centrelink report error

Hi guys,

Hope you’re all having a wonderful day!
I just got my claim for youth allowance approved yesterday after waiting for like 3 months!
I’m supposed to report my income today but as soon as I submitted it on the app, I got an error message saying that it hasn’t been updated.

I’ve called the online services staff but they’ve referred me to the youth allowance line which has been busy every time I ring them…

Any advice or suggestions on how I could resolve this? Not sure if me failing to report for the current reporting period will affect my payments preceding this reporting period. I’m new to this, so any help will be much appreciated!!

Edit: to clarify, the error message doesn’t go away and I can seem to find a way to submit my report once more. It says, “update failed because an error has occurred in your record. Your report could not be finalised and your record could not be updated.”
